Pody ("we", "our", "us") operates the Pody mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier. We store this in Firebase Authentication.
Profile Data: During onboarding, you may provide your age, gender, interests, and listening preferences. This is stored in Google Cloud Firestore to personalize your experience.
Usage Data: We collect information about your podcast listening habits, including podcasts generated, listening duration, and interaction history to improve recommendations.
Subscription Data: Subscription and purchase information is managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store your payment details.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS) and Firebase security rules to protect your data.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all generated podcasts, and listening history from our servers.
Pody is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Free-tier users may see ads served by Google AdMob. We use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to request your permission before tracking. You can opt out at any time via iOS Settings.
