Welcome to Pody. By using our app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Pody is an AI-powered news podcast application that generates personalized audio content based on current news and your interests. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate.

2. Account

You must sign in with Apple or Google to use Pody. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

3. Subscriptions & Credits

Free Tier: Limited access with advertisements.

Pro Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable): Full access to all features with a monthly credit allowance for podcast generation.

• Pody Pro Monthly — $4.99 USD / month (1-month subscription period).
• Pody Pro Annual — $39.99 USD / year (1-year subscription period, equivalent to approximately $3.33 per month).
• Pody Pro Monthly (Introductory Offer) — $3.99 USD / month (1-month subscription period).

Credit Packs (One-Time, Non-Consumable): One-time purchases to supplement your credit balance. Credits are used for podcast generation.

• Starter 50 — 50 credits for $0.99 USD.
• Standart 150 — 150 credits for $2.99 USD.
• Power 400 — 400 credits for $5.99 USD.

Prices shown are in U.S. Dollars for the United States App Store. Actual prices may vary by region and will be displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.

Billing, Auto-Renewal and Cancellation:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and for the same duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the stated price.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused credits from monthly Pro allowances do not roll over to the next period.

4. AI-Generated Content

Podcasts are generated by AI based on publicly available news sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as the sole source of news or information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service

6. Intellectual Property

The Pody app, its design, and underlying technology are owned by us. AI-generated podcast content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. News sources referenced in podcasts retain their original copyrights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pody is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

The following terms apply when you use Pody on an Apple device:

• This agreement is concluded between you and Pody (the Developer) only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or the content of the app.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
• Pody, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of the app, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, and claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
• Pody, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the app.
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
